New teachers’ deal in Perrysburg School District
PERRYSBURG, OH — School’s out for the summer, but teachers and leaders in the Perrysburg School District have been busy.
The two sides have reached an agreement on a new two year contract.
The teacher’s union agreed to a pay freeze and no step increases over the contract’s length.
With the new deal, there will be no staff reductions during the 2011-2012 school year. The 2012-2013 school year depends on the passage of a levy in November 2012.
